No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind the quality of our products and are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every customer.
*For chocolates delivered melted, a new one will be sent to you and there is no refund.
**In case of wrong address and delivery problems caused by you, no refund will be given.
***Wholesale orders are not canceled and refunded after 1 day.
****Exchanges will not be accepted unless we are provided with video evidence of the breakage. Please take a video recording when opening your package.
***** Our company is not responsible for any melting of the chocolates after the delivered packages are left outside. Frosted shipments prevent the cicotas from melting for a certain period of time, and if left on the door under the heat, the ice will not last in the protections. Therefore, when the package is delivered to you, you must take it to a suitable environment.
