General Shipping

Once you place an order, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and shipping. Our products are handmade daily, so immediate shipping is not available. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your shipment on our website. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they leave our store. For any issues, please contact the respective carrier directly. Please note that there may be delays in orders made before the special day period due to the intensity.

If you enter the wrong address in the system, if the product is returned to us again, the shipping fee will be deducted from you and the remaining part will be refunded to your account. All responsibility for wrong addresses belongs to you. UPS does not deliver to P.O. box addresses. So please pay attention to this in your order.

Note: Ship deliveries will be made only on Monday and Tuesday to avoid melting as the weather warms up.

There may sometimes be delays in delivery times for shipments outside the USA. In general, it is delivered within 2-5 working days after delivery to the carrier company outside the USA.

Express Shipping: With the express shipping option, it is expected to be delivered in approximately 2-4 business days after your product is delivered to the carrier. However, these periods may be extended on special days and on special days.

Not: We do not work on weekends.

Cancel Orders

If you contact us up to 1 hour after placing your order, there will be no problem if you want to cancel your order if it has not been delivered to the carrier. Since the products are handmade, there is a deduction of 10$ per product in case of cancellation after 1 hour without delivery to the carrier. 

Wholesale orders are not canceled and refunded after 1 day.

International Shipping

In case of any tax or VAT on international shipments, it belongs to the buyer. There is also no refund for packages not received.

Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please be aware that delays may occur due to carrier demand.

Shipping Charges

A shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $99. Orders totaling $99 or more qualify for free shipping.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, carrier delays are common due to high shipment volumes. To ensure timely delivery of your gifts, please place orders in advance. Please note that carriers have suspended guaranteed delivery dates during peak periods.

Hot Weather Shipping

We pack all orders with protective materials for warm weather conditions. However, please note that some melting may still occur under certain circumstances beyond our control.
